1. Cancellation Before Service Starts
If you request a cancellation before an order or boost has begun, you are eligible for a full 100% refund to your original payment method or store credit.
2. Partial Refunds for Ongoing Services
If a boosting order is partially completed and you wish to cancel, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining uncompleted portion of the order.
3. Account Warranty
If an account purchased from us encounters a verifiable issue covered under our lifetime warranty, we will replace the account or issue store credit.
