If work has already started, only partial refunds (based on progress) may apply.

Any payment dispute or chargeback after receiving your service may result in:
- Permanent service ban
- Recovery of the reversed amount
- Suspension of future orders
We treat fraudulent payment attempts very seriously to keep the platform safe.
7. Delivery Verification
We may request proof to verify whether an order was delivered or not.
Receipts, screenshots, or logs may be required depending on the service type.
8. Processing Time for Refunds
Refund approvals typically take 24–48 hours.
Refund arrival time depends on your payment method:
- PayPal → usually instant–24h
- Crypto → depends on blockchain network
- Other methods → varies by provider
