No. Lifetime Points only go up. They solely determine your tier. Only Spendable Points decrease when you open chests or when a refund is processed.
Refunds trigger a deduction = Refund Amount × Category Multiplier on both balances. If your Lifetime Points fall below a tier threshold, your tier is automatically recalculated.
Yes — on rare refund scenarios your Spendable balance can fall below zero. Subsequent order point credits clear the deficit before building new credit.
Points are credited automatically as soon as your order status changes to completed. No manual claim required.
Tier discounts apply per their category. Store Credits and Coupons from chests stack on top of your tier discount, but only one coupon per order.
