The official MrShaco Loyalty Program rewards our most loyal customers while keeping rewards fair, valuable, and sustainable for everyone. Whether you purchase Gold, Items, Accounts, or Boosting services, every completed order earns Loyalty Points, raises your Tier, and unlocks permanent, lifetime perks that grow stronger the higher you climb — from Rookie all the way to Immortal.
1. How It Works
The loyalty system is built around three simple steps:
Place an order
Purchase any service from the MrShaco Store.
Earn Loyalty Points
Every completed order rewards points based on the service. These points raise your lifetime Tier.
Tier up & unlock perks
Climb from Rookie to Immortal for permanent discounts. Spendable points can be used on reward chests.
2. Earning Loyalty Points
Different services earn points at different rates reflecting each service's profit margin. The rate is applied to every dollar spent on a completed order.

Why the difference?
Accounts and Game Boosting are our highest-value services, so they contribute the full rate ($1 = 1 point). Items and Gold run on thinner margins, keeping progression fair across categories.
How points work
Lifetime Points: Determine your Tier permanently. They never decrease.
Spendable Balance: Used to open Reward Chests. Spending points never lowers your Tier!

4. Reward Chests
Reward Chests are an optional way to spend your points. Each chest awards one random reward. Spending points here only affects your spendable balance, never your Tier.

5. Store Credits & 6. Coupons
- Store Credits & Coupons stack on top of your lifetime Tier discount.
- One coupon may be used per order.
- Credits are stored automatically on your account.
- Credits expire 90 days after issue; coupons may carry expiry dates.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
7. Referral Rewards
Invite a friend! When your friend completes their first order:
- You receive: 2% of your friend's purchase value as Points/Credit.
- Your friend receives: 5% off their first order.
8. Monthly Giveaway
Every completed order grants giveaway entries automatically.

- 🥈 3 winners: $10 store credit each
9. Discord Rewards
Being active in our Discord community unlocks:

10. Fair Play & 11. The Goal
- Only registered accounts earn Points & Tiers.
- Points/Tiers are non-transferable.
- Refunded orders remove earned points and may lower your tier.
