No. Lifetime Points only go up. They solely determine your tier. Only Spendable Points decrease when you open the Cash Chest or when a refund is processed.
Refunds trigger a deduction = Refund Amount × Category Multiplier on both balances. If your Lifetime Points fall below a tier threshold, your tier is automatically recalculated.
Yes — on rare refund scenarios your Spendable balance can fall below zero. Subsequent order point credits clear the deficit before building new credit.
